RELEASE FOR THE USE OF PHOTOGRAPHS AND VIDEO

By submitting the contact form, the participant authorizes — free of charge and pursuant to Articles 10 and 320 of the Italian Civil Code, as well as Articles 96 and 97 of Law no. 633 of April 22, 1941 (Copyright Law) — the use of any photographs and/or video/audio recordings taken during the CSET Conference organized by the Competence Center Start 4.0.

The participant also authorizes the storage of such materials in the digital archives of the above-mentioned Association.

This authorization may be revoked at any time by written request sent to: segreteria@start4-0.it

LIBERATORIA PER L’UTILIZZO DI FOTOGRAFIE O VIDEO

Il/la partecipante autorizza, a titolo gratuito — anche ai sensi degli articoli 10 e 320 del Codice Civile e degli articoli 96 e 97 della Legge 22 aprile 1941, n. 633 (Legge sul diritto d’autore) — l’utilizzo delle fotografie e/o delle riprese audio/video effettuate dal personale durante la CSET Conference, organizzata dal Centro di Competenza Start 4.0.

Autorizza inoltre la conservazione delle suddette immagini, video e materiali audio negli archivi informatici dell’Associazione.

La presente autorizzazione potrà essere revocata in qualsiasi momento mediante comunicazione scritta da inviare all’indirizzo email: segreteria@start4-0.it.
